By clicking "Become a member" or similar expressions, registering, accessing, or using our services, the User concludes this legally binding Service Agreement (the "Agreement") with Hive Bilişim ve Yazılım A.Ş. ("Navatom").
Customers to be determined by the companies will be able to access your personal data and special quality personal data by viewing your profile. Your profile will be able to be examined, and your data will be saved. However, you have the option to suspend your profile, and within this option, your data will not be visible or evaluated by the Company. The time when the data will be shared and with which companies the data will be shared is determined by the User. The User has the right to stop the sharing of his data at any time. The customer has the right to choose the companies whose data will be shared. You can refer to the Clarification Document (https://navatom.com/legal/clarification-document/) to inform you about your rights regarding the processing of your personal data, the processing, and your requested consent regarding this. Your use of our Services is also subject to our Cookie Policy (https://navatom.com/legal/cookie-policy).
There is no obligation to investigate the accuracy of the information provided by the User ("User") and the information in the resume ("User Profile"), if any, placed in the system by the User. The User authorizes Navatom in advance to create an account and profile for himself/herself by making use of all the information provided in the Personel Profile within the scope of his membership, including the resume he/she provides.
Navatom and its affiliates make no representation or warranty about the services, including any representation that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and provide the services (including content and information) on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Navatom and its affiliates disclaim any implied or statutory warranty, including any implied warranty of title, the accuracy of data, non-infringement use, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law (and unless Navatom has entered into a separate written agreement that overrides this Agreement), Navatom, including its affiliates, will not be liable in connection with this Agreement for lost profits or lost business opportunities, reputation (e.g., offensive or defamatory statements), loss of data (e.g., downtime or loss, use of, or changes to, your information or content) or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.
Any legal, criminal, and/or administrative responsibility that may arise in relation to the information provided during the Customer Registration or after the creation of the Customer Profile belongs to the Customer himself/herself.
The User is personally responsible for any damages that may be directly and/or indirectly caused to Navatom and/or 3rd parties due to the information contained in the Personel Record and Personel Profile. Therefore, if Navatom has to make any payment, Navatom will be able to recourse to the User for the amount paid. The User accepts this in advance.
Navatom may cancel the User's membership if it is determined and/or learned by Navatom that the information provided in this Personnel Record and Personnel Profile is contrary to reality.
The User accepts in advance that all the information contained in this form and resume can be viewed by the companies that publish the job advertisement to which he/she applies.
When the User applies for any job advertisement, the personal data and/or special quality personal data in the resume are transferred to the company and active users that publish the advertisement. The User knows this situation in advance when applying for any advertisement published on the site. The User accepts in advance that all kinds of responsibility for his/her personal data and/or personal data of special nature transferred after applying for the advertisement passes to the advertiser company and that Navatom has no obligation and/or right to intervene in relation to the information transferred with the application to the advertisement.At any time, if the User requests the deletion, destruction, and/or anonymization of his/her personal and/or special quality personal data transferred to the owner company with the announcement he/she applies to, he/she will directly forward this request to the announcement owner company, and have accepted in advance that Navatom has no responsibility or obligation in these matters.
The User accepts in advance that his resume on the site and, therefore, his/her personal and/or special quality personal data can be viewed and saved by the companies and that he/she should hide through the system on the companies that he does not want to view and/or save his/her resume and therefore personal data of special nature. The User accepts in advance that all responsibility for the curriculum vitae published on the site and, therefore, his/her personal data and/or personal data of special nature passes to the companies that display and/or record the resume and that Navatom does not have any obligation and/or right to intervene in relation to the information obtained by the companies that have not been embargoed by the User.
The User can update the resume(s) on the site anytime. As soon as the User makes an update to his resume(s), he/she agrees in advance that the latest updates will be seen by the company publishing the job advertisement in all job advertisement applications to be made after that date and made before that date.
The User allows Navatom to create an account and profile for himself/herself by taking advantage of all the information he/she provides in the form and shares on the site within the scope of his membership.
