Issue Tables: Filter, Sort & Page

Issue tables in both company and ship now support filtering by any column, sorting, and pagination. If you manage a large number of NCRs, deficiencies, or findings, you can now slice through them much faster. The "Converted From" column shows the origin of each issue for better traceability.

Audit File Downloads Fixed

Downloading Rich Text files attached to audits was broken — inspectors could not access their audit documentation. This has been resolved. We also fixed audit planning sort order so upcoming audits appear in the right sequence.

Risk Assessment Printing

Printing risk assessments from both company and ship is working correctly again. The RA Log hazard numbering is also accurate now.

Other Fixes

Checklist numbering is consistent. Safety meeting attendee selection now warns you if the meeting date is not set. Notification coverage has been expanded to include completed events and near-miss reports.
