The safety score falls with the deficiencies raised from audit and vetting findings, each by the weight of its severity and within that severity's look-back period, both set by your administrators. The maintenance score is the share of maintenance approved by the office over the last two years that was done on time. Open any vessel for its photo, particulars, and the audits and vettings held on board, grouped by authority with their finding counts.

Toggle between fleet-wide aggregate views and single-vessel detail views on any dashboard. Widgets read your live records every time the dashboard loads, ensuring you always see current operational status, not stale cached reports. When a maintenance work order is completed, an incident is reported, or a certificate expires, the dashboard shows it the next time it loads, and any widget can be refreshed on its own.

Permission-aware data access ensures users only see data they are authorized to access. Every widget checks that the user holds the module it draws from, the same module access that governs the rest of the app, so a technical superintendent sees maintenance and technical data while a DPA sees safety and compliance metrics.

The filter applies to every widget on the dashboard at once, so the figures always agree with each other.
