Better Inline Editing & Task Management

Editing data directly in tables is smoother and more reliable. A new task view helps you track what needs doing across your fleet.

Inline Table Editing

Editing values directly inside tables — running hours, quantities, dates — is now smoother and more reliable. Changes save instantly without requiring a separate edit dialog, keyboard navigation between cells works with Tab and Enter, and you can update multiple records in bulk without leaving the table view.

Validation feedback appears inline as you type, so you know immediately if a value is out of range or in the wrong format. This is particularly useful when entering running hours across multiple pieces of equipment or updating inventory quantities after a stock check — tasks that previously required opening each record individually.

New Tasks View

A redesigned tasks view makes it easier to see what work is pending, in progress, or overdue across your fleet. Tasks are grouped by status and sortable by due date, priority, and assigned vessel. The layout has been simplified so you can scan your workload at a glance and focus on what needs attention first.

Each task links directly to the related record — whether it is a maintenance job, a document review, or an audit follow-up — so you can jump straight from the task list to the work itself. Completed tasks move to an archive section that remains searchable for auditing purposes.

File Sync Visibility

A new file sync view shows the status of document synchronization between office and vessels. When you need to know whether the latest procedures, circulars, or manual updates have reached the ship, you can check the sync status here instead of calling. Each file shows its last synced timestamp and current transfer state, giving you confidence that vessels are operating from the latest documentation.

Grid Performance & Stability

Tables across the platform load faster, especially for large datasets like maintenance logs and equipment lists. Server-side pagination and filtering reduce the amount of data transferred, and column sorting is handled on the server to keep the interface responsive even with thousands of records. Several rendering issues that caused tables to flicker or lose scroll position have been resolved.
